Find deep peace with our Yoga Nidra series

We invite you to slow down and relax deeply this autumn. Our yoga instructor José will be offering three in-depth Yoga Nidra sessions in October, November, and December! It’s wonderful to attend these three sessions together, but they can also be attended individually. During these dark months, they create a beautiful, continuous journey within. A yoga nidra is a powerful form of guided meditation in which you lie comfortably, completely at ease. Your mind stays clear and alert while your body relaxes. One session can feel like hours of sleep and relieve stress, tension, and fatigue. In order to achieve this deep level of relaxation, we’ll practice yoga poses before the Yoga Nidra session.

Cost: €60 for 3 sessions / €25 per session for members (for non-members: €75 for 3 sessions / €30 per session)
