Getting someone to move isn’t very hard. The trick is to get someone to train in a way where results are achieved and goals are met. A crucial part of this process is personal involvement, alertness and undivided attention from the personal trainer. Aside from that I feel that the whole picture is what it’s all about; training, diet, getting enough rest and having the right attitude. All of these aspects are part of the trainings that I provide. 

I also feel it is important to build a good working relationship with your clients so that you know what their genuine motivations are, what their general attitude is and what drives them to push that extra little bit harder during a training session. Keeping all of those factors in mind allows me to adjust and change the game plan on time. That allows for a positive atmosphere and ensures that the trainings are done with the right attitude, which makes it so that the desired results are more easily achieved.
