Are you a new or expecting mom and eager to continue exercising safely and effectively?
As a certified pre-and postnatal trainer I offer various training options for women during and after pregnancy. You can join one of the 6-week pre-and postnatal courses (in English!) for women during (Powermama) and after pregnancy (Core Restore) where we combine functional strength training with learning about safe and effective training during and after pregnancy.
Both courses are accredited by the ministry of health, welfare, and sport, and are often covered by your insurance.
Personal Training is also a great option. In the one-on-one sessions we work on your personal goals and tailor the workouts to fit the stage of pregnancy or postpartum that you’re in.
