Group class schedule starting in September
We’ve got some fun additions/changes to the FULLY FULL fall schedule in September:
- All yoga classes will be WARM or HOT
- We’re bringing back the second yoga class on Sundays at 10:30
- There will be a second spinning class on Fridays at 10:30 AM
- It’s back: Boxing at 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays
- NEW: Step & Shape on Tuesday nights at 8 p.m.
- NEW: YogaXperience on Thursdays at 7:00
Our new schedule will be available from September at our reception and on our website.
