‘Just listen to your body’ really isn’t acceptable advice for a woman who is pregnant or has just had a baby. Under the influence of hormones, so many changes occur in the pregnant and postpartum body that it’s nearly impossible to know what you’re supposed to feel. At InTension, we have an in-house certified pre-and postnatal trainer who is there to help you each step of the way.
We offer various training options for women during and after pregnancy. We host 6-week pre-and postnatal courses in both Dutch and English for women during and after pregnancy (PowerMama and Core Restore) where we combine functional strength training with learning about safe and effective training during and after pregnancy. One-on-one personal training is also offered.
