New: CLUB CHALLENGE!
In 2012 InTension launches the new energetic and challenging groups class of Club Joy: Club Challenge! Club Challenge will be given by one of our fitness instructors in our new open room. Club Challenge is like our class InTensity functional training in a group context, but this challenge takes a whopping 45 minutes! It is a total body workout for fat burning with guaranteed strength increasing! From January on our groups schedule! Who dares?
