Rehabilitation
Fitness is perfect for rehabilitating after injuries or illnesses. At InTension Health Club professional fitness instructors provide complete professional training. Instructors use their extensive knowledge to advise you on how to efficiently rehabilitate with a personal programme. This is based on the fitness test in which possible injuries and your specific wishes regarding the rehabilitation programme are carefully discussed.
After the test you will have your first training session in which you can discuss your training programme directly with an instructor, to proceed independently and responsibly in the future. After a further period another fitness test is carried out to evaluate progress and optimise your programme. Fitness guidance is included in all regular subscriptions.
