Fitheidstest

Fitness test

At InTension you may count on proper and extensive guidance. If you decide to become a member, we first put you to a fitness test to measure your fat, blood pressure and physical condition. We discuss specific training requirements and possible injuries to help us prepare a tailored training programme. After the test you have your first training session during which one of our instructors helps you carry out your programme to allow you to proceed independently and responsibly in the future. After some time the fitness test is repeated to establish progress and eventually adjust the programme.
