Youth Judo
During the Judo lesson boys and girls aged between 4 and 12 years become familiar with several judo techniques in a playful manner. It is all about developing a motor system and accepting, respecting and trusting each other. Having fun is very important

Dance for kids
Our group lesson Dance for kids focuses on dancing and moving to music. Every week we introduce a new: musical, hip hop, ZUMBA etc. Strongly recommended to girls aged 8-14

Youth Fitness
On every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 16:00 one of our fitness instructors gives youth fitness lessons (train in the fitness room under guidance) to boys and girls aged 12 to 16. It is a fun fitness workout in a group and it is all about working hard and having fun.
