Seniors' fitness

Fitness can be enjoyed by all, regardless of age and health condition. Thanks to the presence and guidance of our professional fitness instructors the senior sportsman too can count on responsible workout sessions in our fitness club using a personal training schedule that is based on the fitness test. We listen carefully to your wishes and needs and are happy to prepare a tailored workout programme.

InTension Health Club offers two group lessons for senior members: 55-fit (ladies) & senior fit (gents) covering everything (endurance, flexibility and muscle strengthening), obviously at an adjusted speed. These lessons also involve a social aspect, given the fact that having a good time is important. Our Body & Mind lessons (Stretch & Relax and Pilates) are also visited frequently by senior sportsmen.
