Group lessons

Our group lessons are varied and extensive thanks to ample choice, different levels and times. As a member you may also ask for you log-in code which you will need to book group lessons.

Zumba
New training method to dynamic Latin tunes and other world music with unique and exotic dance steps! ZUMBA is FUN!

X-co
Intensive TOTAL BODY Group training emphasising stomach muscles using a special tube. The result is muscle power, fat burn and tight figure.

Aerobics
Complete workout with a cardio routine for burning fat and body shape for muscle toning.

KickIT
Group lesson with different movements with the Kick bag. Stimulates muscle definition, fat burning and endurance.

Spinning
Cycling lesson at your own level. Work out with a heartbeat meter and bring enough sports drinks.

Striding
Unique in the Netherlands. Very intensive workout on a non-automated treadmill. Bring enough sports drinks.

Circuit training
Intensive Group training on fitness tools in the circuit room targeting fat burning and muscle strengthening.

Club Power
Group lesson consisting of simple repetitions of basic movements using weights. Recommended if you want to get in shape fast

Stomach training
15 minutes hard work for your stomach. This offered 3x a day! No need to book, simply join in!

Pilates
A form of exercise movement whereby body position, centering (powerhouse), stability and breathing are pivotal

Power Yoga
Intensive & dynamic form of Yoga whereby strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and spirit are stimulated

Stretch&Relax
Variation of Pilates, Yoga, stretch and relaxation exercises

55-fit
All-round fitness/aerobic group training targeting people aged 55 and older to stimulate endurance, flexibility and muscle strengthening.

Youth fitness
Guided fitness for children aged 12 to 16

Dance4Kids
Dance lesson with a different theme every week for children aged 8 to 14

Youth judo
Japanese defence sport for children aged 4 to 12
